Appointments

Do I Have To Have An Appointment?

Always & Forever is by appointment in our bridal department. We set ourselves apart by quality, not quantity, and therefore our boutique has a limited number of dressing rooms. When you schedule an appointment you will have a one-on-one stylist reserved just for you to make sure you receive the Always & Forever Experience!

In our formalwear department an appointment is strongly encouraged but not necessary. We will get you with a formalwear stylist in one of our spacious fitting rooms ASAP!

How Long is My Appointment?

Bridal appointments are 90 minutes. Formalwear appointments are 60 minutes. Bridesmaids appointments are 2 hours. This is generally the right amount of time to try on many dresses with a master stylist and to choose your BEAUTIFUL dress without feeling rushed.

How Many People Can I Bring To My Appointment with Me?

Classic bridal appointments allow the bride to bring up to five guests with her. To ensure comfortable seating for all brides and their guests, each bridal appointment may only bring up to five guests with them to their appointment.

Formalwear appointments allow seating for up to two guests with the client. These limits include children and babies. More people can join a formalwear appointment, but we cannot promise that they will have a seat!

Wedding Dress Shopping

When Should I Shop For My Wedding Dress?

We recommend ordering your wedding dress anywhere from 7-9 months before your wedding date. This leaves time for any alterations needed or customizing. Don't be discouraged if you don't have that long of a timeline! Not only are there rush options that can be added to your dress for it to be delivered faster, we have a huge collection of in stock wedding dresses ready to go home with you the same day! 


For bridesmaids we recommend 3-4 months before your wedding date to allow sufficient time for them to arrive and have alterations completed.


What is Your Price Range for Wedding Dresses?

We carry a wide variety of wedding dresses that range in price from $800-$2,250. Most of our wedding dress are in between $1300 - $2000. We offer a 60 Day Payment Plan on most stock dresses. To special order your bridal gown, 1/2 payment is due at the time of ordering and the other half at time of pickup. For the bride on a tighter budget, we also offer Clearance Wedding Dresses that are under $500 as well as several informal bridal gown options that start at $350. We advise you to set a budget for your dress before your appointment so we can find a dress both beautiful and in your price range. "A perfect dress is partly perfect b/c its the perfect price!"

What Should I Bring and/or Wear To My Appointment?

We encourage showing pictures of dresses that inspire you to your consultant. Don't know what style you are looking for? No worries! Your consultant will help you figure out your personal style. We ask that our clients wear appropriate undergarments when trying on dresses. Think strapless bra & underwear in a light color. Bring anything that's going to make you feel more comfortable trying on! *Note, if you are more modest, we recommend wearing full coverage undergarments as your consultant will be in and out of the dressing room with you.

Do You Carry Plus Size Dresses?

Yes! Our wedding dress inventory ranges to size 32 in store. At Always & Forever we are passionate about each & everyone of our clients and your individuality. We want you to feel confident, beautiful, and to help you find your dream dress. Our perfectly curated collection of dresses will give you different colors, shapes, sizes & styles to choose from! Your one-on-one stylist will help create the look you have dreamed of. We cannot wait to celebrate with you during this amazing life moment!

Will I Need Alterations?

99% of all dresses need some alterations to ensure a correct fit. The alterations that are needed vary by client and by gown. We have compiled a list of reputable, independent seamstresses that will be able to tailor your dress needs. We recommend calling a few seamstresses to check price points and to make sure your personalities and schedules match up. Once you have selected your seamstress, you should also call and schedule a fitting with them.

Do You Preserve Or Clean Wedding Dresses After the Wedding?

Yes, we do offer wedding gown preservation to clean and preserve your wedding dress after your wedding! You can add up to 5 additional pieces along with your dress, such as; veil, garter, belt, headpiece, etc. This preservation is guaranteed up to 100 years and comes back to you in a shadow box. If you're an Always & Forever Bride don't forget to ask about your discount! *Discount excluded on clearance bridal gowns.

Do You Offer Bridesmaids Dresses?

Yes! We proudly carry Morilee bridesmaids dresses and have a wide selection for bridesmaids to try on so that brides and bridesmaids can curate the perfect wedding party look! Bridesmaids appointments are 2 hours in length and can accommodate the bride and her entire wedding party.

Please note if special ordering bridesmaids dresses for a wedding party, all wedding party members must have their orders submitted before Always & Forever can place the order. Once it is submitted, orders take approximately 3-4 months in a standard shipping timeframe. On a shorter timeline? There are rush options we can look into!

Formalwear Dress Shopping

Do I Have To Have An Appointment?

We do not require a formalwear appointment in order to shop! But we do want you to have the Always & Forever Experience! So if you know the day and time you are wanting to come and shop, we strongly encourage booking your fitting room to cut down on a wait time. If you don't book, it's not a problem! Come in and we will get you with a formalwear stylist and in a fitting room as soon as possible!

What sizes do you carry in formalwear?

Our formalwear department has a variety of dresses in sizes 000 - 28. At Always & Forever we are passionate about each & everyone of our clients and your individuality. We want you to feel confident, beautiful, and to help you find your dream dress. Our perfectly curated collection of dresses will give you different colors, shapes, sizes & styles to choose from!

Do You Hold Dresses While I Decide?

Always & Forever does not do any kind of holds on in-store dresses. We do offer a payment plan on most in store dresses that lets customers make the dress theirs for 1/3 of the total price! Payment plans are on 60 day terms and require the purchase of a deluxe prom gown bag to ensure the dress' safety while it is in our payment plan area of our store!

Can I Return My Dress and/or Exchange It for A Different One?

Due to the nature of our industry, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, and/or exchanges can be made once a dress is purchased or put into our payment plan. This is the industry standard as our merchandise is one-time special occasion dresses. Please be sure you absolutely love your dress and the fit, or have a plan for alterations before you purchase a dress or put it into our payment plan.

How Do I Make Sure No One Else Will Wear The Same Dress As Me?

Always & Forever is proud to offer a tracking policy on its formalwear dresses. This policy ensures that we do not sell the same dress in the same style number and color way to the same event. We know how important it is to stand out and be unique at these special events, and we want to help you as best as we can. We cannot guarantee that someone will not show up to your event in the same or even very similar dress that they bought elsewhere. Our tracking policy can only track dresses from Always & Forever.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

Free shipping is offered for all regular priced merchandise. For all Sale items, a standard shipping fee of $20 is added to your order, or you can upgrade to Express shipping for an additional $30. All items are available for FREE in-store pickup. Please select your desired shipping or pickup option when adding the dress to your cart. 

All items are shipped via either UPS or FedEx, depending on whichever method is the most cost effective. Should you prefer one shipping service over another, please call our store at 479-646-1997 during business hours to update your order. Please allow at least 2 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your items have been shipped. 

Do you ship overseas?

At this time, Always & Forever is only able to ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What Is Your Online Sales Policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES.

Items are inspected before being shipped out to ensure product quality. Always & Forever is not responsible for any delays or shipping issues that occur once your order leaves our store.

Please note that if the dress size and color states that it is "out of stock, may possibly be ordered for delivery" Always & Forever cannot guarantee fulfillment of the dress if purchased on our website. Should the designer not be able to fulfill your order, we will issue a complete refund through the original form of payment.
